DoubleUps provides tools to organize collections, track value and budgets, and related features. The Service is offered in beta; availability, features, and performance may change without notice.
You are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. We use third-party authentication (Kinde) as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Fees, renewal, taxes, and billing cycles are shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method according to your selected plan. See our Refund policy for cancellation and refunds.
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload our systems, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of market values, third-party data, or AI outputs. You use insights and AI features at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoubleUps and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms. We will post the revised date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
