1. Information we collect

• Account data: When you sign in with Kinde, we receive identifiers such as your user ID, email, and name as provided by the identity provider.
• Collection data: Information you add about collections, items, prices, notes, and related content you store in the app.
• Usage and diagnostics: We may collect analytics and performance data (for example via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand how the Service is used and to improve reliability.
• Payments: If you subscribe, Stripe processes payment information. We receive subscription status and customer identifiers from Stripe, not your full card details.
• AI assistant: Messages you send to the assistant may be sent to AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate responses, as described in the product.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, process payments, prevent abuse, communicate with you about the product, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us run the app, including hosting (Vercel), database providers, authentication (Kinde), payments (Stripe), analytics (Vercel), and AI inference providers, solely as needed to deliver the Service.

4. Retention

We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. You may also manage some data directly in the app or through your Kinde account settings where available.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
