You can cancel a paid subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Billing Portal (linked from Billing in the app when you have an active subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals; you typically retain access through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Unless required by law or explicitly offered at checkout, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with your account email and invoice details and we will review your case in good faith.
